The experience of taste is a complicated thing. We have found in working with our customers that the more our chemists and applications experts understand about how each customer is experiencing the nuances of flavor and ingredients, the better our work will be. The Sensapure Flavor Fans are a tool to help our customers learn the language of tasting, and the vocabulary of flavor attributes. Improving our communication about how we each perceive flavors begins by using consistent language to describe and share our own individual experiences.
